Refund policy

Every Player's Pledge is printed and assembled by hand, address by address, with your name and your details on it — once it's in the mail, it can't be resold, so all sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, or for personalization details you approved at checkout.

The one exception: if your envelope is lost in the mail or arrives visibly damaged, we'll remake it and remail it to you at no charge. Just email us at playerspledge.co@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo, for damage claims) within 30 days of your order date, and we'll take care of it.
